What in your experience makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?

I've worked in public service for the last fifteen years (both in logistics, customer service, and planning) for the Postal Service. I've worked with the city before on logistic problems pertaining to their postal accounts as well.

What are the most important challenges facing our community, and how do you propose to address them?

The biggest problem facing the City of Walker is affordability. I know that's a really broad range of issues, but at least in terms of the city commission, we can significantly increase options for housing development that can at least slow the meteoric rise in housing costs.

What are your goals should you be elected and how will you work to accomplish them?

The first goal to do whatever I can to curb the rampant cost of living. Secondly, to improve the accessibility of the city, as there are large sections of the city that aren't readily accessible to people who don't have their own personal transportation. Thirdly, ensure that our public resources have the proper investment as the city expands in size and population. Finally, ensure that any and all, regardless of who they are, feel safe within our city's boundaries.

What is your position on data center development in your community?

I see no compelling reason whatsoever for Walker to even entertain data center development. These projects routinely overpromise and underdeliver, offer no tangible benefits to the community, and leave residents footing the bill as they rake in profits.
