Grocery Tax Relief
Putting food on the table shouldn’t come with an extra burden at the checkout. Latoya supports eliminating the sales tax on essential grocery items so families can keep more of what they earn.
Affordable Housing
We need to encourage construction of more homes, support first-time buyers, and create incentives that make it possible to live in the community where you work. When supply rises, prices fall.
Fair Wages
If prices rise but paychecks don’t, families fall behind. Wages must keep pace with the real cost of living—because hard work should always be enough to cover groceries, rent, and a decent life
