That includes road widening and intersection improvements, better traffic-signal timing, drainage and stormwater upgrades, safer sidewalks and pedestrian crossings, and improved access for emergency services. The goal should be practical improvements residents notice every day, while coordinating county, city, and state resources to avoid duplication and maximize taxpayer value.
