I believe my greatest strengths are listening, learning, and speaking up when it matters. My professional background is in sales, which is really about listening to people, understanding their needs, and earning their trust. That experience taught me that no one succeeds unless they are willing to listen, learn, and then advocate for what they know is right.
On the School Board, that means listening to parents, teachers, and students, learning what is really happening in our schools, and then using that knowledge to be a strong, effective voice for our community. I am not afraid to ask questions, do the homework, and speak up for District 6. I believe leadership starts with listening, and I will continue working every day to be a thoughtful, informed, and approachable representative for our schools and our community.
