How does your experience and education qualify you to serve in this office?

Having held multiple managerial positions during my professional career, I've learned to listen to opposing views, research viable solutions, and implement the solution that best addresses the problem. While new to the political arena, as a lifelong Niles resident, I look forward to doing my part to help the city thrive.

What do you consider the most important responsibility of the position you seek?

Representing the views and concerns of the residents of the Fourth Ward.

What are the most pressing issues facing the city, and what actions do you propose to address them?

Niles is a fairly quiet town. When pressing issues arise, I plan to listen to the residents and take action in a manner that reflects their views and concerns.

How does your experience and education qualify you to serve in this office?

Trying to do things is over rated. If you are not actually accomplishing things you are no more useful than someone sitting on a couch and watching TV. My experience and education has shown me that there are many more ways to solve problems, and usually those ways are more effective, then relying on government. My not for profit Niles Infrastructure Council is a poster child example of this. Within 3 years it should be spending more on sidewalk maintenance alone than the city does on a regular basis. Getting government to leave us alone is not just the best over all strategy but is the literal definition of Liberty, "The right to be left alone by government."!

What do you consider the most important responsibility of the position you seek?

Voting no! The entire foundation of "government" is based entirely on theft ("taxes"). How one could possibly believe that you could build a moral and just society on the foundations of immorality is dumbfounding to me. Years in the future people will look back on the "necessity" of "government", and those who support it, with the same distain as they do the ancient "necessity" of that other immoral institution slavery.

What are the most pressing issues facing the city, and what actions do you propose to address them?

"Government is a tool of the powerful for exploiting the less so. It has always been this way and it always will be." - www.thoughtsonfreedom.xyz The most pressing issue facing the city is government! A perfect example of this is the local government's forcing residents to carry out repairs on their own properties when the cities own streets are literally worse than the ones I saw in Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and Okinawa back in the late 80's! It never ceases to amaze me how not having sufficient funds is never a good enough excuse for a residents lack of home maintenance but in the case of "government", that same lack of funding is considered a perfectly reasonable one!
