What are your top three priorities for the office you seek? What do you hope to accomplish?

My top three priorities are community, communication, and sustainability.

What essential talents, skills and experiences would you bring to your village?

The specific skills I bring are the ability to communicate to anyone and have an open line of communication to come to a solution that fits all parties. I am not one who is seeking office for my own ego or prestige. I have the talent of having multiple people in a room with different beliefs and opinions, and have a productive conversation rather than just fighting and creating a bigger divide. I have been a leader in the fitness industry and and sports community for well over a decade.

What policies and programs will you promote to enhance citizen representation and engagement in the wellbeing of our communities and the democratic process?

Schoolcraft has a small town feel. We come out on Friday nights and during the Fourth of July to celebrate our Freedom. However, on a daily basis I believe we can become more of a community. I believe we can lend a helping hand to our neighbors more to assure a better community and culture. A simple implementation would be getting rid of fines for overgrown grass and once a week we have volunteers who help each other cut and trim each others yards. Not only is it creating a more appealing town, but it creates real neighbors, real communication and the feeling you are bigger then something that is just you.
