Understanding where our 9.5 mills go, and is it being used wisely.
Improve communications between board and residents, and amongst residents.
Understand, and respond to, the needs of the community.

Good listener (Don’t talk to my wife)
Good with numbers and problem solving

Experience at managing chaos
