The School Board exists for the purpose of a governing system for providing a free, public education in grades preschool – grade 12 for children attending school in Warrick County. The public education system was created by, and is governed by, State statutes. The School Board has the dual responsibility for implementing legal requirements pertaining to public education and for meeting the desires of the citizens.
