Maryam Omidi, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of the North Springs Improvement District with extensive experience in local government finance, budgeting, and fiscal management. A longtime Coral Springs resident and mother of two, she is committed to responsible leadership and serving her community.
Education
Maryam Omidi earned a Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Florida. Her education and professional credentials provide a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and fiscal leadership.
Occupation
Maryam Omidi is the Chief Financial Officer of the North Springs Improvement District, where she oversees budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and long-term financial planning. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Civic Experience
Maryam Omidi serves as an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University, where she teaches Managerial Accounting and mentors future accounting professionals. She also volunteers as a leader with a local Scouting troop, helping develop leadership, character, and life skills in young people.
