Election Information:The Statewide Democratic and Republican Primary Elections will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2026. You may vote in either the Republican or the Democratic primary. Your address indicates you live in the district for this race.EARLY VOTING: If you prefer to vote prior to June 9, 2026, you can vote during a two-week early voting period Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, June 5. As the governing body of the county, the Council enacts laws by ordinance and may also adopt resolutions. The Council hires the county administrator, sets budgets, levies taxes, approves contracts, agreements and bids, and appoints board and committee members.

I would like to see mutual aid agreements between the county and municipalities in the sheriffs and police departments not just the fire departments.

2. What tools would you use to guide planned development in the county?

I would use our current zoning that we have in place.

3. What steps will you take to ensure free and fair elections in the county?

I think everyone should have to show a photo ID at The polling location.

4. What will you advocate for in the county's transportation improvement plans?

Yes, I would. We are currently in the process of going through a traffic study with public involvement.

5. What are your priorities for action?

The safety of our citizens is the most important thing we can do also keeping taxes low is a priority"

I will partner with volunteers, law enforcement, and our local schools to prevent crime by building trust, increasing community involvement, and creating early‑intervention programs that keep our neighborhoods safe.

2. What tools would you use to guide planned development in the county?

I would use comprehensive planning, zoning tools, infrastructure analysis, community input, impact studies, and strong partnerships with local and regional agencies to guide responsible development in the county.

3. What steps will you take to ensure free and fair elections in the county?

I will ensure free and fair elections by strengthening partnerships with election officials, improving poll‑worker training, protecting voting equipment, increasing transparency, expanding voter education, ensuring accessibility, and involving community volunteers.

4. What will you advocate for in the county's transportation improvement plans?

I will advocate for safer roads, reduced congestion, better transit options, improved sidewalks and bike paths, and responsible growth—while protecting taxpayers by ensuring these improvements are made with existing resources and without adding new taxes.

5. What are your priorities for action?

My priorities for Lexington County are public safety, responsible growth, better transportation with no new taxes, fiscal responsibility, support for local businesses, and improving quality of life for all residents.
