1. What actions would you propose to strengthen the US economy?

I believe we must build an economy that works for working people. That means creating good-paying jobs, raising wages, protecting consumers, and investing in rural & under-served communities. I support expanding tax relief like the Earned Income Tax Credits and Child Tax Credits, lowering costs for families, protecting fair markets, and ensuring everyone regardless of zip code, has access to broadband and quality infrastructure.

2. What does Congress need to do to ensure that ICE and other DHS agents operate within the boundaries of the law and due process?

I believe we can enforce our immigration laws while upholding the Constitution and employ basic human dignity. Congress must provide strong oversight to ensure that ICE and DHS operate within the law, respect due process, and treat people humanely. I support comprehensive immigration reform that includes smart border security, commonsense enforcement, and maintain a pathway to citizenship, while protecting Dreamers and those with temporary protected status.

3. How should the US prevent and respond to threats to public health such as emerging epidemics?

I believe the federal government has a responsibility to protect the health of the American people. That means investing in public health infrastructure, supporting agencies like the CDC and NIH, and ensuring we are prepared to respond quickly to emerging threats. I support expanding access to affordable healthcare, strengthening community health centers, and relying on science-based approaches to prevent and respond to epidemics.

4. What do you see as Congress's role in the war with Iran?

I believe Congress must uphold its constitutional responsibility when it comes to matters of war and peace. Any military action against Iran should be authorized by Congress. We must ensure that decisions of this magnitude are carefully considered, based on clear evidence, and focused on protecting American lives while avoiding unnecessary conflict.

1. What actions would you propose to strengthen the US economy?

Support the Trump agenda which has brought in $18Trillion of investment into our country from around the world which has led to thousands of jobs in the private sector. The Trump administration has also eliminated thousands of do nothing government jobs that have cost the tax payers billions of dollars every year. I would also support DOGE and make the effort to eliminate the waste, fraud, and abuse that has stolen billions of tax payer dollars year after year. I would also fight for single line bills and fight against the Omnibus overspending pork filled bills that add trillions of dollars to the national debt and increase inflation.

2. What does Congress need to do to ensure that ICE and other DHS agents operate within the boundaries of the law and due process?

Congress needs to stay out of the way and allow ICE and DHS to continue to do their jobs as have they have done so masterfully under the Trump administrations. ICE and DHS have gotten thousands of illegal immigrants that were let in during Biden's open border that are violent criminals, drug dealers, murders, rapists, and pedophiles off of our streets and out of the country which has made our country safer. We also have to continue to let border patrol agents do their jobs and keep illegal immigrants out of our country the way they have been able to do under the Trump administration with the laws on the books.

3. How should the US prevent and respond to threats to public health such as emerging epidemics?

The government should use it's medical professionals to give advise to people, but not mandate people to take a vaccine or drug. I think that the government should also encourage people to meet with their medical professionals and make the decision that is best for their individual situation.

4. What do you see as Congress's role in the war with Iran?

I think that Congress should trust the President's judgment on this as long as we don't have boots on the ground in Iran. I think that we have done the right thing so far by destroying an Iranian regime that has terrorized so many countries including our own. The Iranian government killed over 42,000 of it's own people for protesting against their authoritarian government. Iran has also been a supporter of Hamas, which was responsible for the deaths of over 1,400 innocent Jewish people on October 7th 2023. President Trump and our military have been great so far by decimating the military of Iran and any notion that they may have of obtaining a nuclear weapon.

1. What actions would you propose to strengthen the US economy?

I will strengthen the US economy by cutting wasteful federal spending, lowering the cost of doing business, bringing manufacturing and supply chains back to America, expanding trade schools, apprenticeships, and HBCUs to workforce pipelines, and making it easy for small businesses to hire and compete.

2. What does Congress need to do to ensure that ICE and other DHS agents operate within the boundaries of the law and due process?

Congress has a responsibility to ensure that every federal agency, including ICE, follows the law. That means strong oversight, real transparency, and firm accountability, while also making sure due process protections are respected. We can secure our borders and uphold the Constitution at the same time. Key to this is ending partisan postering.

3. How should the US prevent and respond to threats to public health such as emerging epidemics?

The US must be ready before a crisis becomes a catastrophe. That means better disease surveillance, stronger local health departments, reliable stockpiles of medicine and protective equipment, faster vaccine and treatment development, COVID taught us the importance of that, and honest communication with the public. Preparedness is not panic—it is responsible leadership.

4. What do you see as Congress's role in the war with Iran?

Every dollar we spend overseas is a dollar we’re not investing here at home. Congress has a responsibility to make sure any military action is necessary, limited, and clearly defined—because working families shouldn’t have to carry the cost of unclear missions and endless conflicts.
