A quality education serves as a foundation for children, helping them to reach their full potential. I will continue to support measures that will ensure Delaware’s youngest and most vulnerable learners receive critical educational interventions, services, and screenings.

Providing access to Workforce training programs such as- HB 166: creates the Elevate Delaware program, which helps individuals cover the cost of approved non-credit certificate programs.

End the prohibition on cannabis like 18 other states have done.
We need to continue the work we have done to increase renewable energy into our grid. I was a sponsor of SB 33 - raises targets for renewable energy and SB 2 - Establishes framework for community solar projects.

I support Delaware entering into an offshore wind agreement that is cost effective for our rate payers.
I am Pro-Choice on reproductive matters. I supported these recent bills- HB 31-Repeals outdated criminal abortion provisions. ● HB 320 - Expanded access to medication-induced abortion services. ● HB 455 - Omnibus abortion protection and access legislation.
From closing the gun show and Charleston loopholes (prime sponsor), to passing red flag laws, to expanding background checks, Delaware has been at the forefront of gun safety legislation over the last decade, and I have supported the passage of these bills.
Affordable & Accessible Health Care- We need to continue to make improvements to ensure that health care is more accessible and affordable for people from all walks of life, all across our state. Expand regulating Pharmacy Benefits Managers to control drug prices.
