I founded, owned & operated a privately-held technology firm & handled all of my firm's Financial Affairs, including Accounts Receivables, otherwise known as Collections. Experience in Collections is the most important requirement to hold the office I am seeking.
I was elected to serve as Treasurer on a non-profit Board of Directors.
I serve as Treasurer for 2 Political Committees.
I previously ran for Pennsylvania State Representative.
I am running for Cheltenham Twp Finance Officer, which is Tax Collector. Tax Collectors are bound by law under Pennsylvania Act 48 & there is little flexibility with regard to priorities.
The real question is: Have the candidates ever handled Collections?
I am the only candidate with 30 years of experience in Collections.
I am the only candidate who is a Qualified Pennsylvania Act 48 Tax Collector.
This office handles $150Million in taxes each year. We need to get this right.

QualificationsI have spent my career providing financial leadership to large and medium sized corporations. I have managed budgets of over $100M and have successfully infused financial considerations into the decision making processes.
Locally, I am finishing my 6th year on the Cheltenham School Board. In my capacity on the board, I have served as Financial Committee Chair for several years, crafting frameworks for budget building, policy, and oversight.
I am a Qualified Pennsylvania Act 48 Tax Collector.
My number top priority is to effectively and efficiently collect and transfer the local residential and business taxes to the appropriate governing bodies. Doing so with the temperament a demeanor of a welcoming and gracious public servant is and will always be job number one.
I also intend to increase the visibility and transparency of the office as well as leverage existing relationships with the local finance departments to ensure everyone is forecasting revenues appropriately.
