Qualifications Cara works for a local aerospace & defense company managing large projects related to Talent Acquisition. Her current role requires proper planning, finding compromise with users and effective adoption of changes across the entire company. It is with effective management, transparency and governing for all that Cara plans to ensure Lower Providence is able to thrive for residents and business, to increase property values and foster a strong sense of community.

- Simplification of ordinances and code so that small business can concentrate on growth, not red tape.

- Transparency... with social media and technology there is no reason residents should have to take off work to come to a meeting or to the office to find out what is happening.

- Ensure that the board is working for the majority of residents not just donors. This happens by being out in the community and speaking with residents and business leaders.
