In the nearly 10 years that I have been a Family Court Judge I have handled thousands of cases concerning all aspects of Family Law, including finalizing 200 adoptions. In 2009, I became a member of the Chief Administrative Judge's Family Court Advisory and Rules Committee, and have served as Co-Chair of the Committee since 2013. I am a member of the New York State Permanent Commission on Justice for Children and a Lecturer at the New York State Judicial Institute. I have been a member of the Statewide Multidisciplinary Child Welfare Collaboration, and the Lead Judge for the Onondaga County Child Welfare Stakeholders since 2010. For 8 years I served as a Principal Law Clerk to a Supreme Court Justice, and for 7 years I served as a Court Attorney to a Family Court Judge. I am a former Onondaga County Deputy County Attorney (including an assignment to the Family Court Unit) and Onondaga County Assistant District Attorney.
