What do you consider the most important challenges facing Franklin Township? What personal and professional experiences have prepared you for addressing these challenges? Lastly, how do you intend that the Franklin Township Council will address these challenges?

What, if any, new proposals for local ordinances and/or resolutions do you think are needed, and please explain why you believe this is so.

A municipality has two budgets - the annual operating budget and a capital budget. What are your priorities for each of these budgets? Please specifically address whether the Franklin Township Council's 2016 goals are goals you think are properly identified as priorities.

Qualifications/Experience I have been living in Franklin Township for the past 17 years and have seen it grow really fast. But also have seen a lot of green spaces give place to constructions which reduced a lot our beautiful area. I was in Education for more then 30 years in my life and think that we should not permit so many construction projects take place while our green space shrinks . I would like to see more sport facilities and athletic fields to give more opportunities to our young generations. This would help a lot to promote sports and have a healthier population in the future .

I think that the main concern of any citizen living in Franklin Township is Property Taxes. In the past 15 years our Property Tax nearly doubled and that is a problem for most of us. To find a way to solve that is a big challenge . As a member of this community and member of the Council I will do my best in that field . I am already member of the Franklin Library Board of Trustees and we deal with expenses and budgets and we do our best to avoid wasteful expenses
Any new proposal should be evaluated by the members of the Twp. Council and we should really find out if theses proposals are beneficial to our Community first and then discuss about the best way to sponsor them properly.
The Annual operating budget should be well controlled and well managed. For the Capital Budget I think we should be very cautious in spending money only for projects that are necessary and stop wasteful expenses on things we do not really need
