I work on keeping operational expenses as low as possible, but insist on investing as much as necessary in infrastructure and sustainability for the future. I was the first chairman of our Finance Committee, and wrote the Financial Policy which has led to Mount Kisco being one of the highest financially rated towns in Westchester. But I also work on preservation and improvement of our natural resources - the parks, the streams, the open spaces and the trees.
Mount Kisco has a large selection of affordable housing, so we have no need to develop any more But we must keep what we have safe and livable.

I am seeking re-election to continue my record of maintaining low taxes within the tax cap, enhancing public safety and providing recreation and great services to children, adults and seniors. By contracting with Westchester County Police we have greater safety with more officers on patrols at a lower cost. We continue to provide excellent recreational programs including summer camp, classes for children and adults as well as a senior program that provides a nutritional program and recreation.
Mount Kisco is one of the leading communities to provide affordable housing in Westchester County. For example Pinecrest Manor offers 131 housing units. logo
