Experience (300 characters max) I currently manage a homeowners association of about 211 homes. I take care of the infrastructure such as roads, buildings, and grounds and amenities such as swimming pool, yard waste facility, and golf course. I am also self employed as a general contractor and I provide many similar services.
We have an aging infrastructure, sewers, allies, water mains, and roads. They all need some attention. It is vital that we maintain these critical components.
The best way to help our homeless population is to identify them and their needs. We need to put them together with the proper resources. We have to focus our energy on helping those who are willing to except aid and change their direction so they can have an opportunity to succeed.
I am committed to listening and protecting there interests. Our senior citizens have a lifetime of knowledge and experience.
When it comes to immigration, we have laws already established. We need to follow current loss as written.
We have a shortage in affordable housing, lack family wage jobs, and opioid epidemic to name just a few. We need to focus on battling this intertwined issues.
I do not believe anyone is more urgent than the other. These are complex issues, but are interconnected. We have to review current efforts and make adjustments to move progress in the right direction. These are unique cases and they are constantly changing.
I will use my experience gained over the years to listen to issues, use critical thinking and commonsense reasoning to work/communicate on issues at hand. logo
