Competence and integrity are key. You deserve both.

It's not enough to just "get things done." We have to manage projects properly and make careful decisions; the incumbents' blunders have cost us millions. That means higher taxes and lower property values.

If you want increasing property values without rising taxes, you need our skilled, experienced team. We can and will manage town projects, big and small, with competence and integrity, paving the roads while holding the line on taxes.
We have an affordable housing mess due to the improperly sited and dangerous Hunts Place/Conifer development - a project that my opponent championed when he ran for office, but which he disclaimed after the Town Board agreed with him and put the project in its unsafe and inappropriate location. If the project is built we must welcome 28 new families to our community and ensure their safety, while looking for better opportunities. But first we must know if Hunts Place is safe for new residents.
