What are your top three priorities in office?

Education Ph.D., Michigan; M.Sc., London School of Economics; Honors A.B., Xavier
Qualifications I am a professor in the field of anthropology of education and currently teach as a Lecturer at the Penn Graduate School of Education and the Temple College of Education.
Municipality Radnor Township, PA
My number one priority is to make sure all decisions we make are research-based and have measurable goals for enhancing teaching and learning. A close second is to support Radnor students as they strive for the goal of not just educational excellence, but flourishing in the broadest sense. Third, though prudent spending is essential to the long-term health of the district, investing soundly in our schools pays off dividends measurable in decades, not years. You get what you pay for.
Education B.A. Amherst College J.D. Columbia University School of Law
Qualifications 15 years practicing as a corporate attorney; PTO Chair of the Radnor Elementary School Musical, Cinderella (2015-2016); 14 years as resident of Radnor Township; parent of 6th grader at RMS and 3rd grader at RES
Municipality Radnor Township
My top three priorities are to ensure that Radnor continues to provide an excellent education for all students, to put our community first in all decisions I make on the Board, and to foster stability by supporting our new superintendent. I will use my well-honed negotiation and collaboration skills to work with other board members to foster fiscally-disciplined, long-term plans to sustain our stellar programs despite the rising costs of education and the challenging climate for public schools.
Education St. Mary's College of Maryland (with honors) Villanova University School of Law (with honors)
Qualifications Incumbent school director President (current) Vice President (2016)

Municipality Radnor Township
My top priority is to keep class sizes small and to continue to offer all the curriculum and programs in an environment where public education is under threat at the state and federal levels. My second priority is to support our newly hired superintendent to ensure that we have the administrative continuity to stabilize the school district. My third priority is to continue to be an advocate to ensure that all students receive the best education at the best price to the taxpayers.
