Why are you running for this office? What are your top priorities?

Relevant Experience 30-plus years experience in residential, institutional, and commercial construction and management.
I have always thought that giving back to your community should be the standard. I would like to contribute to the Town and feel a position on the Planning Board would be a great fit with my experience. I have a 30+ year career in construction, from planning stage to completion. I have worked a wide range of projects; residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational. I have a clear understanding of infrastructure; permitting, utilities, and roadway planning. With my background I can immediately add value on Planning Board projects. I hold a degree from Boston College. I am known as having an open mind, as a good communicator and a great negotiator. My top priority will be committing to the process and in doing so getting the best results for the Town of Wellesley.
Relevant Experience I am an attorney with experience in planning. I am a current member of the Planning Board.
I am running for office because I have experience in planning and zoning and I want to donate my time to the Town of Wellesley as an elected official. I am currently an appointed voting member of the planning board and I want to continue making an impact on town planning and zoning. My top priorities are to deal with and improve the Large House Review process and deal with the issues surrounding teardowns and mansionization. I want to help implement a demolition delay bylaw that works for all residents of the Town that is based on historical preservation. I also want to participate in the creation and adoption of Wellesley's new Unified Plan. Finally, I want to continue to work on improvements to the Wellesley Zoning Bylaws and Planning Board Rules and Regulations. logo
