PROPOSAL FOR EASEMENT FOR CONSUMERS ENERGY ON CITY PARK PROPERTY AND PROPERTY WITHIN THE CHIPPEWA RIVER CORRIDOR
Shall the City of Mt. Pleasant be authorized, pursuant to Article II, Sections 16(E) and 16(F) of the City Charter, to grant Consumers Energy Company a permanent utility easement for the relocation, construction, operation, and maintenance of low-voltage and high-voltage electric lines and associated equipment sharing a single line of poles along the north right of way of West Broadway Avenue, with vegetation management rights extending approximately 80 feet into the southern portions of Nelson Park and Riverside Cemetery and 40 feet into the northern portion of Mill Pond Park?
