Ballot Language:Shall the Volusia County Home Rule Charter be amended to repeal provisions which were superseded in 2018 by the voter approved amendment to section 1 of article VIII of the Florida Constitution as to county constitutional officers and replace superseded or obsolete provisions?What will happen if Amendment 3 passes? The Volusia County Home Rule Charter will be consistent with the Florida State Constitution that establishes the Sheriff, Tax Collector, Elections Supervisor, and Clerk of Courts as Constitutional Officers.What will happen if Amendment 3 does not pass?
