Serving a 4-year term, the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office ministers justice in the fair and diligent prosecution of citizens charged with criminal offenses in Richland and Kershaw Counties. The Solicitor’s Office also offers diversion programs and community services. Diversion programs include: the Alcohol Education Program, Pre-Trial Intervention, Juvenile Court Alternative Program in Richland County, and Juvenile Pre-Trial Intervention in Kershaw County. Community Services include Victim/Witness Assistance, and Expungement.
