With over 15 years of City Council engagement, I bring a deep understanding of parliamentary procedure, the City Charter, and a proven track record of local advocacy. I have successfully collaborated with local, state, and federal officials to tackle critical Flint issues, ranging from the water crisis to public health and cancer research.
Flint faces significant challenges, and my top priorities will be improving public safety, ensuring clean water, and tackling neighborhood blight.
Now that I am out in the community, I will continue attending meetings and hosting my own town halls. I am dedicated to listening to my constituents and ensuring all of their needs and concerns are directly addressed.
To me, integrity is paramount. Having sworn an oath to abide by the Charter, we are duty-bound to honor its principles in this matter.
I’ve stood with Flint since the water crisis, and my word to you means everything. My focus is entirely on putting our ward and our people first. I’m not interested in picking fights with whatever administration is in office; I’m interested in doing the work to move our city forward. Seniors and our generations to come.
