Shall the expired previous voted millage of one mill ($1.0000 on each $1,000 of taxable value) as reduced by the required millage roll back which last resulted in a levy of 0.8704 mills ($0.8704 on each $1,000.00 of taxable value) against all property in Sands Township, Marquette County, Michigan be renewed at a rate of 0.8704 mills for a period of four (4) years, 2026 through 2029 inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for equipment, maintenance and improvements for the fire department?
