Forsyth Township – Library Services Millage Renewal
Shall the previously-voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Forsyth Township of 0.4947 mills (49.47 cents per $1,000 of taxable value), which expires after 2026, be renewed and authorized to the same rate of 0.4947 mills for seven (7) additional years, 2027 through 2033, inclusive, for Forsyth Township’s library services, raising an estimated $128,489.00 in the first year the millage is levied?
