Forsyth Township – General Operating Millage Renewal
Shall the previously-voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Forsyth Township of 4.8751 mills ($4.8751 per $1,000 of taxable value), which expires after 2026, be renewed and authorized at the same rate of 4.8751 mills for seven (7) additional years, 2027 through 2033, inclusive, for Forsyth Township’s general operating purposes, raising an estimated $1,266,215.37 in the first year the millage is levied?
