My 20+ years of senior operational leadership across the military, public safety, and corporate sectors have perfectly prepared me to lead with distinction. As a U.S. Navy Veteran, I mastered high-stakes emergency response and rapid coordination under intense pressure on an active carrier flight deck. My law enforcement background further honed my high-EQ diplomacy, active listening, and ability to manage complex, volatile situations with absolute composure.

In the private sector, I have held complete P&L ownership over massive, multi-acre logistics hubs and high-velocity operations. I specialize in translating strategic plans into field-level execution—managing working capital, tracking strict operational KPIs, and utilizing Lean methodologies to compress operational cycle times. I have a proven track record of hiring, training, and motivating diverse, high-performing workforces, seamlessly aligning management, hourly employees, and extensive contractor networks. Combined with my ongoing PMP training, I bring the precise combination of strategic vision, fiscal discipline, and tactical execution needed to protect resources and serve our community safely and effectively.
My top two priorities if elected are bringing absolute operational accountability to our budget and completely revamping our outdated procurement process.

First, I will enforce strict, data-driven accountability across all field operations. Drawing from my 20+ years of leadership in the military, public safety, and corporate sectors, I know that a healthy operational culture relies on disciplined oversight. I will establish clear, measurable KPI metrics to eliminate waste, optimize resource allocation, and ensure that every tax dollar spent is directly translating to measurable, high-quality results for our neighborhoods.

Second, I will over-haul and modernize our procurement process. I will eliminate inefficient structural gaps by introducing transparent, competitive bidding standards and streamlining vendor contract management. By auditing our supplier networks and implementing Lean management principles, we will drive down costs, secure better terms, and fast-track the delivery of critical public health materials. Our community deserves a modern, fiscally responsible operation that protects both our environment and our wallets.
Florida’s preemption laws and the potential reduction or elimination of property taxes present a dual challenge to our mission, but my background in navigating rigid regulatory frameworks and balancing strict budgets has prepared me to tackle it head-on.

First, strict state preemption laws limit local regulatory tools, meaning we must rely on absolute operational excellence rather than local mandates to manage environmental impact. I will ensure our treatments remain highly targeted by utilizing data-driven tracking and advanced mapping to suppress mosquito populations without disrupting our local ecosystem.

Second, cutting or ending property taxes threatens our core funding. Because mosquito control is a critical pillar of public health and economic stability, we cannot allow service levels to drop. I will counter this by leveraging my private-sector operational experience to aggressively eliminate waste, revamp our procurement process to lower material costs, and build a leaner, highly accountable operation. We will safeguard Pasco County from vector-borne diseases while maintaining strict fiscal discipline, proving we can protect both our environment and our taxpayers.
Right now, our mosquito control services face a clear delivery gap between our highly developed suburban centers and our rural or fast-growing outlying neighborhoods. As a candidate for Seat 2, I believe every taxpayer deserves the exact same level of public health protection, regardless of their zip code.

My 20 years of private-sector operations and military logistics have taught me that if you aren't actively analyzing data, you are misallocating resources. To achieve true equity across Pasco County, we must shift from a reactive, complaint-driven spraying model to a proactive, data-driven approach.

I will use my experience in workflow optimization and route logistics to review our current trap networks and treatment schedules. By revamping procurement to free up critical funding, we can deploy advanced tracking technology to identify underserved hot spots before outbreaks occur. True equity isn't just about spending the same amount everywhere—it’s about using precise, accountable operations to ensure that every family, from our dense communities to our rural acreage, is equally protected from vector-borne disease.
