All roles allowed me to serve Oklahomans, whether young children or adults, to meet their many needs.
As communicated across the state since early 2025, consumer protection including awareness and education, is a key focus of my campaign. Originally, I believed affordability to be the #1 issue, but local feedback has quickly brought consumer protection focus to be #1a.
The Consumer Assistance division efforts must be enhanced to meet the unfulfilled needs of the consumer. Oklahomans are not aware that the first resource during challenging times should be the Oklahoma Insurance Department. Once elected, a review of technology, staffing, marketing of programs, and types of local education events, will be a top priority to improve consumer protection and education efforts.
OID's 1-800-522-0071 should be on a consumer's speed-dial.
Affordability
1) Ensure proper actuarial staffing is adequate and trained to analyze company data on a timely basis and accurately justifies a premium increase

Accountability
1) Ensure timely review of complaints and require market conduct studies to assess a company's fulfilment of contractual obligations
2) Work collaboratively with Attorney General on current and future market conduct study results
Consumer Protection
1) Expansion of programs and awareness of such related to consumer protection and education.
Tort Reform
1) Work with legislators to pass common-sense legal reforms to curb lawsuit abuse, stabilize insurance markets & help lower costs
