As a small business owner and Vice Chairman of the Titusville Planning & Zoning Commission, I've combined professional leadership with years of public service. My experience working with leading healthcare organizations, listening to residents, and making difficult land-use decisions has prepared me to serve thoughtfully, transparently, and responsibly on City Council.
Growth should not outpace infrastructure. New development must be supported by adequate roads, water and wastewater capacity, and stormwater systems before or as it is built. As Vice Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission, I've consistently supported responsible growth that protects existing neighborhoods, requires developers to meet their obligations, and plans for long-term maintenance so today's growth doesn't become tomorrow's tax burden.
I support responsible growth, but oppose overdevelopment that exceeds the capacity of our roads, water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. Growth should not outpace the City's ability to serve existing and future residents. Developers should contribute to the infrastructure their projects require, protecting taxpayers from bearing those costs.
I support using technology to make local government more accessible. City records, agendas, supporting documents, videos, and project updates should be searchable, easy to navigate, and available online. Residents should be able to subscribe to notifications on issues they care about and provide input early in the decision-making process. Technology should make government easier to understand and participate in.
The recent issues show the need for stronger financial oversight. I support an independent forensic audit of the entire City, beginning with the past year, to identify any additional concerns and strengthen public confidence. I also support stronger internal controls, regular independent audits, improved asset tracking, clear public reporting on corrective actions, and prompt implementation of audit recommendations. Taxpayers deserve confidence that every dollar is properly managed.

25 years Automotive Mechanic. Have been a store manager in both small and large automotive and retail stores, in charge of hiring, firing, and running of business. Several years running logistics in parts and retail. Handyman for neighbors in need throughout my life.
Public Service
Frequent donator of platelets, over 5 gallons donated since 2020. AHS band booster. Volunteer whenever and wherever I have time to. Food drives, cleanups, random people asking for help on the internet.

Being born and raised here I have seen this city grow, falter, and recover. I'm a blue collar worker, I know what it is like having scrape by, seeing what city decisions do to the average person in Titusville. I have done everything from lube technician, to store manager, to inventory specialist. I am more than professionally, and personally qualified to get this job done better than anyone.
The increased development needs to slow down, or stop, until we fix our infrastructure. We have grown too much too quickly, and have surpassed what can be reasonably handled. Local impact fees must be raised to offset the cost of the needed improvements. Stop over spending on studies, and use that money for actual repairs, not band-aid repairs. This money is not free, we must spend it wisely.
Stop with the Rezoning. There is a reason we have the zones the way we do. There can be good exceptions, like a random unused commercial lot in a neighborhood, or land that has was previously developed, but the area around it has changed the demand. Titusville is running out of good places to build. We must keep the wetlands. They are there for a good reason. The pine flatwoods house numerous species, and also help tremendously with flooding. Changing the zoning to build over these places is not the way.
Making the website a little easier to access and navigate would be a big step. All the flashy screens look nice, but they make it confusing for a lot of people. Also, we need simplified versions of the codes to make it easier for everyone to navigate and understand them. You should not need an engineering degree to understand city codes.
The controls are there, or at least they should be. Control and accountability on purchases with receipts by more than one manager. Punishments for failed audits with increased audit frequency. If a department cannot pass audit after so many times, and investigation of that department is necessary. Barcode tracking for equipment, all centralized in one system. Protections for workers who call out problems. Removal of toxic management. Make the audit and all government finances available online, instantly, and in an easy format for any normal person to read.

I have worked, in Titusville, in retail management, coordinated heart screenings for a non-profit, managed 52 properties and new builds for an affordable housing non-profit, and am a Realtor® who loves helping first time homebuyers!
Public Service
I sit on the Salvation Army and Boys and Girls Club boards. I have been an active member of an international service organization and hold leadership positions with them. I volunteer in Titusville with my family whenever opportunities arise. I have taught life skills classes to Titusville Residents. I was, up until recently, a Guardian Ad Litem. I also sit on other community involved committees that focus on the well being of all Titusville Residents.

Growth should pay for growth. New development must be planned alongside investments in roads, utilities, stormwater systems, and water treatment capacity. I support regularly reviewing impact fees, strengthening developer requirements where appropriate, and prioritizing infrastructure projects before problems become crises. Smart growth means coordinating land use, transportation, and utility planning so Titusville can welcome new opportunities while protecting existing residents from declining service levels.
Protecting our natural resources protects our quality of life. I support preserving conservation lands, protecting wildlife corridors, improving stormwater management, and reducing impacts on the Indian River Lagoon. Development decisions should consider long-term environmental impacts while balancing property rights. I will encourage partnerships with environmental experts, state agencies, and local organizations to ensure Titusville grows responsibly while safeguarding the natural assets that make our community unique.
Residents deserve access to information before decisions are made. I support improving communication through online updates, clear meeting summaries, expanded public engagement opportunities, and greater use of digital tools. Information should be easy to find and understand. I also support taking conversations into neighborhoods and community venues so residents can participate even when they cannot attend City Hall meetings.
Taxpayer trust depends on accountability and transparency. I support stronger internal controls, clear separation of financial responsibilities, regular independent audits, improved inventory and asset tracking, and consistent management oversight. Audit findings and corrective actions should be communicated clearly to the public. The city should establish measurable performance standards, ensure timely reporting of concerns, and create a culture where employees are encouraged to report issues without fear of retaliation. Transparency and accountability must be applied across all departments, not just when problems arise.
