Professional Experience
I have been an employee of Dixie Crossroads since Feb of 2005. I was the coordinator for the Titusville MOPS (rebranded as MomCo) from 2015-2020. Co-Creator/Co-Admin of an online community called Let Mommy Have a Minute from 2021-current. Our online community has created a real community of play dates, meet ups and mom nights out.
Public Service
While coordinator of MOPS I was able to create a nighttime meeting, allowing working moms the opportunity to participate. Monthly for Let Mommy Have a Minute I host a community event called "the take me table" where local moms can bring things they no longer need and pick up things they are in need of. Additionally, I have been a member of a national organization called Lasagna Love. I signed up with them in March of 2021. With the help of my church and our community I have been able to feed more than 150 families from PSJ to NSB. I have blessed even more families locally, at the same time. My last batch we made 28 lasagnas and only 11 were for Lasagna Love the rest were delivered to local families by word of mouth

I have been a community leader for more than 10 years, working mostly with moms. I have lived experiences that are like most Titusville residents. I'm a wife, mom and community advocate for those who are often unseen. Leading MOPS and LMHM have given me an opportunity to have relationships with a wide range of community members.
I believe we must first start by developing a plan to fix our very aged infrastructure, for far too long we have put band aids on problems that truly need fixed. The city only recently invested $9 million in two of our water treatment facilities, but we must do more, especially the Osprey water treatment plant. The city has also recently invested more than $750,000 into a stormwater study, our current one was done in the 1960's, these have both been neglected for too long! Once we have more information I believe we need to start requiring developers to include portions of affordable housing.
I've worked for the Thompsons for more than 20 years. In that time, I have learned so much about the local environment and the unique estuaries we have here. I will continue to fight for the recovery of our IRL and support the efforts being done to help it recover to its healthy state. I will fight to protect our tree canopy and work to strengthen code/zoning limiting environmental impacts and continuing to maintain the healthy trees that are so vital to our local environment.
We need to go digital, even our legally required campaign reports are not accessible to the public without a records request. We need to make things easier for the public to access. In all sincerity, as a candidate, I'm struggling to find ways for public engagement, our local government has to think outside the box and get to where the average everyday citizens of Titusville are. The average citizen is not on Facebook or Instagram, they are in our community shopping, working and living.
We must have a forensic audit done, I believe at least two years will give us an idea of where we need to focus our attention. Once we have done a forensic audit, we can use that information to then focus on the areas of the city that need to most attention. I know that as a citizen, attending meetings our information is very limited. Often times budget reviews are lacking in detail. As a council member I will work to get figures on reports for the public to see. These are public tax dollars being used and being good stewards of our money, we should get real figures with budget reviews. We also need to hold those responsible for misuse of city funds, pursuing all legal avenues.
Professional Experience
I’ve spent most of my career in the contracting world, starting in the construction industry. Back in the day, I was one of the first to write online federal government contracts for military base construction projects. Now, I’m in maintenance, making sure spaces stay clean, safe, and functional for the people who use them. It’s not a glamorous path, but it’s taught me how to work hard, follow through, and take pride in doing a job right. That’s the kind of mindset I’ll bring to serving Titusville, not politicial games, just showing up and getting things done.
Public Service
For more than a decade, I have been actively involved in civic engagement and community advocacy throughout North Brevard. I regularly attend and participate in City Council and public board meetings, organize community cleanups, volunteer with Fight for Zero, advocate for environmental stewardship and Constitutional Rights, and work to increase government transparency through public records requests and citizen engagement. My goal has always been to help ensure every resident has a voice in local government.

For nearly a decade, I have served this community by attending public meetings, advocating for residents, protecting our environment, and holding government accountable. I have read city documents, filed public records requests, organized cleanups, and listened directly to neighbors’ concerns. My experience comes from serving the people -not from a title, but from showing up and speaking up.
Titusville can welcome new businesses and housing while still protecting the quality of life of current residents. Responsible stewardship means making sure infrastructure, including water, roads, and drainage, keeps pace with growth. I support transparent planning, fair contributions from new development, and decisions based on long-term community needs, not short-term gains. Growth should be an opportunity. It must be done thoughtfully and responsibly.
Our citizens are Titusville's greatest asset, but the natural beauty that surrounds us is part of why so many of us choose to call this place home. Protecting our Lagoon, our green spaces, our wildlife, and our neighborhoods isn't about choosing between growth and conservation. It's about being good stewards of what we've been entrusted with.
Residents should not have to fight to access the information their government creates on their behalf. I support a culture of transparency through timely public records responses, reasonable fees, clear communication, and proactive disclosure of important documents. Government works best when residents are informed early, welcomed into the process, and treated as partners, not obstacles.
When questions arise regarding public assets and taxpayer dollars, residents deserve clear answers. I support an independent forensic audit to provide an objective review of city finances, assets, policies, and internal controls. A thorough audit is not about blame. It is about accountability, identifying weaknesses, and restoring public trust. Moving forward, the city should strengthen inventory controls, improve financial reporting, protect whistleblowers, and ensure protocols are consistently followed. Transparency and responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars must be a top priority.

For the past 20 years I have served as a firefighter paramedic and Lieutenant with Brevard County Fire Rescue. I have made difficult decisions under pressure, remained accountable for those decisions and learned people always come first. My wife and I have raised our family in Titusville. I am running to put citizens first by bringing accountability transparency and leadership back to City Hall.
Growth is coming whether we like it or not but it must be responsible. New development should contribute to the infrastructure it depends on instead of shifting those costs onto existing taxpayers. I support a comprehensive assessment of our infrastructure, finances and capital assets to identify our greatest needs then develop a long term infrastructure improvement plan for roads, flooding, drinking water, wastewater and stormwater. I will pursue state federal and private partnerships while ensuring infrastructure keeps pace with growth protecting taxpayers and preserves our quality of life.
Protecting our environment and protecting our quality of life go hand in hand. I support responsible growth that preserves conservation areas, wildlife corridors and our natural resources while reducing impacts on the Indian River Lagoon. We need better stormwater management, modern drinking water and wastewater infrastructure and thoughtful planning before approving new development. Protecting our natural resources protects our economy and quality of life. We owe it to future generations to leave Titusville cleaner healthier and more resilient than we found it for generations to come.
City Hall should work for the citizens not the other way around. I support greater transparency through easier access to public records, clear reporting on major projects spending and city performance. Residents deserve meaningful opportunities to provide input before important decisions are made and should know how their tax dollars are being spent. It is time to review and modernize the City Charter to strengthen accountability transparency citizen involvement and public trust.

Trust is earned through accountability. I support a comprehensive forensic audit of city finances, assets purchasing practices and infrastructure followed by annual independent audits. We need stronger internal controls, better inventory tracking and clear financial oversight. The city should know where every capital asset is located who is responsible for it and when it was last inventoried. Every department should have measurable performance standards and be held accountable for results. I also believe we should review the City Charter to strengthen accountability and oversight. Before asking taxpayers for more we should know where every dollar is being spent and why.
