Shall Wayland Township impose an increase of up to 2.0 mills ($2.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution on general ad valorem taxes and levy it for 5 years (2026 through 2030 inclusive) for the purpose of funding road maintenance and improvements, which 2 mill increase will raise an estimated $346,800 in the first year that the millage is levied?
