CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP MILLAGE FOR THE OPERATION OF PARKS AND RECREATION AND SENIOR SERVICES
Shall the constitutional limitation upon the total amount of taxes which may be levied on all taxable real and personal property in the Charter Township of Chesterfield, Macomb County, Michigan be increased by an amount not to exceed one (1) mill for each one ($1.00) dollar ($1.00 for each $1,000.00) of the taxable value of such property for a period of ten (10) years commencing December 2026 and ending December 2035 for operations, programming, equipment, facilities, personnel and maintenance of Parks And Recreation And Senior Services.The estimated revenue to be collected in the first year that the millage is authorized and levied is $2,500,000.This proposed millage is new additional millage.
