Served 11 yrs on the Chemung County Solid Waste board, 10 yrs Trustee on the Village of Horseheads board, 26 yrs as the Chemung County legislator of District 3. I have served on many committees in both comm. member and chair. I am currently the Vice Chair of the legislature. Chairman of the Chemung Co Land Bank. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge through experience and BS degree in Political Science from Empire State College.
Work cohesively with the county executive to create opportunity for existing businesses and new businesses. To support the Sheriff's department and local law enforcement to keep our community safe. Attempt to implement a system to ease the burden of the sewer user fee. Keep the county property tax rate stable. Interact with state and federal representatives to receive aid from them. Maintain the stability of the nursing facility. Support the land bank to attempt to make housing affordable. Support all the departments in the county so they can continue to do valuable and excellent work.
