Parks and Recreation governance and policy adherence. Making sure to take care of what GF has now without breaking the bank or increasing taxes.
Making sure this new turf and aquatics center is successful. At the same time ensuring all GF Parks duties are fulfilled.
Conservative spending. Making sure all obligations are taken care of: including employees. Not over extending the programs.
Grand Forks Parks and Rec. have a wide array of buildings grounds, parks and trees. The previous boards and leadership have done a great job of maintaining all of these, continued effort is Paramount. Doing what is possible to ensure all programming continues or expanded without major costs.
Keeping all facilities in programming affordable to the people of Grand Forks. At the same time, being mindful of all walks of life should have the ability to participate in recreational efforts and facilities, put forward by Grand Forks Parks.
