City of Hurst Proposition E
Shall Section 9.04 (Professional services) of the Hurst Home Rule Charter be amended to read as follows: The city may employ such professional consultants, including engineers, planners, architects or others whom it finds appropriate and in the best interest of the city to engage. The city council may authorize the city manager to employ professional consultants in compliance with state law.----------Deberá enmendarse la Sección 9.04 (Servicios profesionales) de la Carta Orgánica de la Ciudad de Hurst para que se lea como sigue: La ciudad podrá emplear a los consultores profesionales que considere apropiados, incluidos ingenieros, planificadores, arquitectos u otros que considere apropiados y cuyo servicio sea conveniente contratar en el mejor interés de la ciudad. El concejo municipal podrá autorizar al administrador municipal a emplear consultores profesionales en cumplimiento con la ley estatal.----------Có nên sửa đổi Mục 9.04 (Dịch vụ chuyên môn) của Hiến chương Tự quản Thành phố Hurst thành nội dung như sau hay không: Thành phố có thể thuê đội ngũ tư vấn chuyên môn, bao gồm kỹ sư, chuyên viên quy hoạch, kiến trúc sư hoặc các chuyên viên khác mà Thành phố xét thấy là phù hợp và vì lợi ích tốt nhất của Thành phố.
