Shall Section 5.03. (Budget-Publication of notice of hearing on budget) of the Hurst Home Rule Charter be amended to read as follows: The meeting at which the budget is considered shall be published as required by state law.----------Deberá enmendarse la Sección 5.03. (Presupuesto –Publicación del aviso de audiencia sobre el presupuesto) de la Carta Orgánica de la Ciudad de Hurst para que se lea como sigue: Se publicará el aviso de la reunión en la que se considere el presupuesto, según lo requiera la ley estatal.----------Có nên sửa đổi Mục 5.03 (Ngân sách –Công bố thông báo về phiên điều trần đối với ngân sách) của Hiến chương Tự quản Thành phố Hurst thành nội dung như sau hay không: Cuộc họp xem xét ngân sách phải được công bố theo yêu cầu của pháp luật tiểu bang.
