Shall Section 5.02. (Budget -A public record) of the Hurst Home Rule Charter be amended to read as follows: The budget and budget message shall be a public record and available for inspection as required by state law.----------Deberá enmendarse la Sección 5.02. (Presupuesto –Un registro público) de la Carta Orgánica de la Ciudad de Hurst para que se lea como sigue: El presupuesto y el mensaje presupuestario serán un registro público y estarán disponibles para inspección según lo requiera la ley estatal.----------Có nên sửa đổi Mục 5.02 (Ngân sách –Hồ sơ công khai) của Hiến chương Tự quản Thành phố Hurst thành nội dung như sau hay không: Ngân sách và bản thuyết minh ngân sách là hồ sơ công khai và được cung cấp để kiểm tra theo yêu cầu của pháp luật tiểu bang.
