PROPOSED BOND ISSUE CITY OF READINGA majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage.Shall bonds be issued by the City ofReading for the purpose of siteacquisition, new construction,improvements, renovations andadditions to municipal facilities andproviding equipment, furnishingsand site improvements therefor, inthe principal amount of$27,000,000, to be repaid annuallyover a maximum period of 28 years,and an annual levy of propertytaxes be made outside the ten-milllimitation, estimated by the countyauditor to average over therepayment period of the bond issue5.89 mills for each $1 of taxablevalue, which amounts to $206 foreach $100,000 of the countyauditor's market value,commencing in 2026, first due incalendar year 2027, to pay theannual debt charges on the bonds,and to pay debt charges on anynotes issued in anticipation ofthose bonds?FOR THE BOND ISSUEAGAINST THE BOND ISSUE
