Clovercreek MUD Proposition C
THIS IS A TAX INCREASE.This proposition authorizes an increase in the maximum tax rate that may be levied in the future. This proposition does not change the current tax rate. The levy of an operation and maintenance tax not to exceed one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation (water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration).
