Shall Article 14, Section 14.01 of the Home Rule Charter be amended to amend the requirements relating to the form and content of initiative petitions submitted by the qualified voters of the city? Clarifies that the signer of an initiative petition must include the signer’s printed name, residence address, county, date of signing, and either voter registration number or date of birth in compliance with state law.
