Shall Article 18, Section 18.08 of the Home Rule charter be amended by changing the title from “Bonds of city official, employee or department director” to “Insurance for city officials and employees” and to provide that the city council shall obtain a crime policy or other appropriate insurance coverage to protect the city from any loss caused by any city official, and city employee, including the city manager, deemed necessary by the city council?Requires the city to provide appropriate insurance coverage for city officials and employees, including the city manager, to protect the city from loss.
