Richardson Charter Amend. Prop J
Shall Article 4, Section 4.02 and Section 4.04 of the Home Rule Charter be amended to require council members elected for Places 1, 2, 3, and 4 to be a resident of their corresponding district for at least one year prior to the date of election and continuously reside in that district during their term of office?Adds a one-year residency requirement for candidates and councilmembers in districts 1-4.
