1. To improve Community Safety through effective probation supervision. In 5 years, 86% of those I sentenced to probation have succeeded. 2. To expand the Court’s mediation service by adding trained mediators and expediting access. I refer all consumer debt cases to mediation to reduce costs and reach settlements faster. 3. To improve the Court’s Technology by upgrading courtroom audio/video systems, case management, and data collection so the Court can increase transparency and efficiency.
