I bring over 25 years of leadership experience across corporate, civic, & nonprofit work, along with a strong commitment to serving our community.
I'm known for listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, & working collaboratively to find solutions that move us forward. I've worked with diverse groups, balanced different perspectives, & helped turned ideas into action.
Effective leadership in Seabrook means being approachable, informed, & willing to work with others to get things done.
Two of the biggest challenges facing Seabrook today are managing growth responsibly and maintaining the infrastructure & services that support our daily quality of life.
As our city continues to grow, it's important that we plan carefully, balancing development with the character and charm that makes Seabrook special. This means listening to residents, making thoughtful decisions, & ensuring growth benefits the entire community.
At the same time, residents are focused on everyday concerns like roads, sidewalks, public safety, and reliable city services. These are the things people deal with every day and they matter.
To address both of these challenges, I believe in a collaborative, informed approach, working with residents, city staff, and fellow council members to prioritize projects, invest wisely, and communicate clearly along the way.
By staying focused on both long-term planning and day-to-day needs, we can continue to move Seabrook forward in a way that works for everyone.
I would use a balanced approach to strengthen our quality of life & long-term sustainability.
Investing in amenities like the planned skatepark, pump track, & learning center at Pine Gully Park. All items requested by residents, they make Seabrook an even better place for families to live, gather, & stay engaged.
Also funding the needs of our first responders as our city continues to grow.
Setting aside funding for long-term maintenance of all amenities, ensuring we protect our investments & avoid future budget strain.
Finally, I would reserve a portion for improvements based on resident input.
My goal is to make thoughtful investments that reflect community priorities, support our growth, & strengthen Seabrook for years to come.
I want to help Seabrook continue moving forward in a way that still feels like home. That starts with listening & understanding what residents are experiencing in their neighborhoods every day, whether it's concerns about traffic, services, or ideas to make our city even better. I believe they should feel comfortable reaching out & confident they'll be heard. Strong communication & collaboration are key, & I want to help strengthen the partnerships that already make Seabrook special, from our schools & small businesses to our civic groups & first responders. As our city grows, it's important that growth is thoughtful & reflects what residents want. Protecting our natural spaces, improving infrastructure, & planning responsibly for the future. I'll bring a steady, collaborative approach, showing up prepared, treating people with respect, & keeping conversations open. My goal is simple: to help ensure Seabrook remains a safe, welcoming, & thriving community for everyone who calls it home
I bring real-world experience and hands-on community involvement. I served on a city committee where I pushed for transparency and accountability in how public funds are used. My service-based career has taught me how to listen, connect, and understand people’s needs. I’ve also hosted local benefits and volunteered with organizations like Kids and Paper and the Longhorn Project. I’m a resident who stepped up to serve.
The two biggest challenges I see are a lack of transparency and trust in decision-making, and rapid development without clear alignment with residents’ priorities. Too often, residents feel decisions are made before their voices are heard. At the same time, areas like the new warehouse district on the northeast side raise valid concerns about long-term impact on traffic, safety, and quality of life.
I would address this by strengthening communication, increasing access to public information, and ensuring residents are part of the process early, not after decisions are made. We need thoughtful planning that balances growth with the character and safety of our community.
I would prioritize using those funds in a way that strengthens our financial position while delivering long-overdue community improvements. Seabrook is carrying significant debt, and we should be mindful about how we invest.
I would allocate funds toward rebuilding the pier, something residents have been waiting on for years, while also using the opportunity to reduce existing financial strain where possible. If leveraged correctly, including matching grant opportunities, we can complete needed projects and make responsible financial decisions at the same time. It’s about doing both, not choosing one over the other.
I want to restore trust by making local government more transparent, consistent, and accountable to the people it serves. That includes improving oversight of boards and commissions, creating clear and fair processes for economic development incentives, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used responsibly.
I also want to support small businesses by making city processes more predictable and accessible, while maintaining high standards that keep our community safe and thriving. Most importantly, I want residents to feel heard and respected. Good decisions start with better questions, and I’m committed to asking them.
