Kouts Town Council District 2

The Town Council is the legislative and policy-making body of the town government. It adopts ordinances, approves resolutions, makes land use decisions, approves agreement contracts, hears appeals on decisions made by the town staff or advisory committees, and sets the budget and utility rates. A Town Council member responds to the needs and complaints of their constituents and represents their district residents to other levels of town government.
