Nicholson was appointed to this open seat on the court last July by Gov. Mike DeWine. He is running to retain the seat and win his first full term on the court. Judge Nicholson is the only candidate on the Republican Party's primary ballot.The only Democrat on that party's primary ballot is Fallon Marie Radigan, an attorney who has worked in the county prosecutor's office for more than a decade.The League will send a questionnaire to both candidates before the November General Election.
