Considering HD-20 is in the city of Cleveland only. I would contact Mayor Justin Bibb regarding changing the designation of the Port of Cleveland to an international Port for Medical Supplies .Since,the city of Cleveland has several top national healthcare facilities and medical supply distributors in town or less than fifty miles.Imports and exports jobs in the range$40,000 - $60,000 annual salary would offset the rising of cost of living."Better paying JOBS such as cannabis/hemp manufacture companies with union benefits like UFCW Local 880."
