Property Tax Relief: Expanding the Homestead Exemption to help elderly and disabled residents remain in their homes.

Tax Credit Expansion: Increasing tax credits for families with children and adopting policies to make college more affordable.

Childcare & Family Support: I Support increased income eligibility for publicly funded child care, targeting help to get Ohioans back to work. Utilities & Energy: Focusing on lowering energy costs and providing utility relief to low-income households, particularly in response to high energy costs.
Properly fund and increase funding for all public education.

Target Private School Vouchers: One of my top priorites is to reform or limit the expansion of EdChoice vouchers, which allow public education funds to follow students into private schools.
I would work hard to get to know everyone on both sides of the aisle and find the area's we agree on and try to accomplish what we could on that. The things we do not agree on I would start a dialouge with them and have them explain to me their side of it and listen. Then explain my view and find out if it is possible to work with them.
